It’s time to get in shape: We can help you lose body fat and improved your health. You can join our 8 week Body Camp Challenge program. We’ll give you a nutrition/diet plan that works for life! You’ll also get 5 days a week of intense cardivascular and weight training exercise. Modifications are offered by experienced trainers who have been where you are now. They know how to lose weight and keep it off! Olympic Fitness offers a great support staff for Body Camp and teaches you how to keep in shape after the camp is over. It’s a life-time journey.
A new camp starts the first Monday of every month (orientation Sunday) with our next camp starting March XXth at 5:30 AM & 6:00 PM (NEW TIME!!!). This program will teach you healthy habits in LIFE! It’s not a quick fix or a fad diet. It’s about healthy eating habits and exercising to lose and then maintain your weight. Also, it’s not necessarily just for those who are overweight or just starting (or getting back into) exercise. We have had several success stories from people who are already exercisers and want to take their fitness to the next level. Participants have traned for Triathlons, 1/2 Marathons and more…
