    Vinyasa means "flow." This class will gently and easily flow through traditional Yoga poses, at a slower pace than our Fitness Yoga Class.

    In this class, the pace will be slower than our Fitness & Gentle Vinyasa (flow) classes. This is a great class for beginners, as you will spend time learning pose alignment. There is definitely more time spent exploring each pose and slow stretching of your muscles.

      I love teaching Zumba classes. I have been licensed to teach for two years now. I am licensed not only in Zumba Fitness but also in  Zumba Toning and Zumba Step. The reason is simple: it's super fun! No matter what your size, height, age; zumba has no boundaries to who can do it! I have found zumba to give me a new outlook on exercise and myself. It has given me a confidence I didn't know existed. Zumba is a great way to make friends and get fit. Not only is Zumba a passion, but I also cross-train through floor hockey and body pump. I have participated in many 5ks, 10ks, mud runs, color runs, a sprint triathlon, the 3day walk for breast cancer, and much more.  Come join me! Check out my classes and try it out!!       Andrea started her fitness journey in the mid-1990's as a member at Olympic Fitness Club. After shedding 65 pounds, she became a certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer, later earning a license in massage therapy (2003), which she practices at Olympic Fitness. She currently teaches BodyPUMP and RPM and enjoys running and cycling and completed the Seattle to Portland Bike Ride in 1 day in 2012. She also loves yoga and hanging out with her two young children.
