Please help keep the gym clean and tidy.  If you take it out, put it back.  If you see something out of place, put it back.  Wipe down all equipment when you’re done, including mats, bars, handles, benches, cardio equipment, weights, kettlebells, balls, and please don’t leave your trail of chalk. If you spill your powder on the tables up front, wipe that up, too.  Your fellow members will appreciate it. Thank you!

Please follow the conditions of your after hours agreement and waiver.

Your PIN is YOUR PIN ONLY.  Do not share your PIN.

Do not bring in your friends, family, girlfriend, boyfriend, or anybody else.

Your agreement is also your liability waiver.  Anyone in the gym without this waiver is a liability issue.

We have people in there at various hours who report to Brad any suspicious behavior.

If you see something ~ say something!

Scan your gym card every time you come in (the door lock does not communicate with the computer software).
