Our Inspiring Class Options
Barbell Strength is a weight training workout using barbells with adjustable weights, set to motivating music. This is a simple, athletic based workout that strengthens, tones & defines every major muscle group in your body. It’s ideal for beginners right through to experienced exercisers. This workout is for YOU!

T45 – A 30-minute interval class, plus some ab work. A nice, short, but good mid-day strength and cardio workout.
