Class Descriptions

Barbell Beats

Barbell Beats is a weight training workout using barbells with adjustable weights, set to motivating music. This is a simple, athletic based workout that strengthens, tones & defines every major muscle group in your body. It’s ideal for beginners to experienced exercisers. This workout is for YOU!

T45 -A 30–40-minute interval class, circuit training, or TRX, plus some ab work.  We use dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, TRX suspension straps, or just your bodyweight.  These are nice, short, but good strength and cardio workouts.
